Located on the A4 and close to the M4 motorway, this conveniently positioned hotel provides easy access to Reading and Newbury, and is 40 minutes’ drive from Heathrow Airport.
Well placed for the nearby business parks, the comfortable, good-value hotel is approximately 10 minutes from major towns and the Madejski Stadium. The hotel is also close to the business areas of Theale, Thatcham, Beenham, Sulhamstead and Aldermaston, and you can be in central London in just over an hour.
The comfortable air conditioned lounge serves food and drink throughout most of the day and the hotel bar offers a comprehensive range of beers, wines and spirits, as well as a choice of delicious bar snacks.

The bright and airy conservatory is home to Willows Restaurant, where you can enjoy a tasty meal. The informal brasserie-style restaurant serves mainly traditional British dishes with a Continental flair. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. Dinner is available Sunday to Thursday and is served from 19:00 to 20:30.
By Car:
- Leave the M4 at junction 12.
- Follow directions to the A4 / Theale.
- Continue for approximately 3.5 miles and the hotel can be found on the main road. It is clearly marked.
